Services - Property & Boundary Disputes

Property and boundary issues can become very complicated legal matters and legal advice in such matters is essential. The Party Wall Act 1996  affords certain rights and responsibilities from the perspectives of both the party completing the works and the neighbouring party(s). It is important to note that having Planning Permission and/or Building Regulation Approval does not mean that the requirements under the Party Wall Act do not have to be applied. Similarly, the Party Wall Act does not affect any requirement for Planning Permission or Building Regulation Approval for any work undertaken.
